The routine

1. Tea, blanket, headband on. Cleanse and dry your face.
2. Fit the LED mask and settle in for a 10-minute session, eyes closed.
3. Serum and moisturizer, then a few minutes with the scalp massager from the crown down to the nape.
4. Sleep mask on. Lights out.

Good to know

• Do not use the LED mask if you are pregnant, photosensitive, on light-sensitizing medication, or have an active skin condition. Keep eyes closed during sessions.
• Do not use the scalp massager on broken or irritated skin, or if you have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device. Keep long hair loose. Ask your doctor if unsure.
