The routine

1. Wet your face, add cleanser and move the sonic brush in small circles for about a minute. Rinse and pat dry.
2. Fit the LED mask for a 10-minute session, eyes closed, while you listen to something good.
3. Serum and moisturizer. Give them a few minutes to settle.
4. Sleep mask on. Lights out.

Good to know

• Do not use the LED mask if you are pregnant, photosensitive, on light-sensitizing medication, or have an active skin condition. Ask your doctor if unsure. Keep eyes closed during sessions.
• Do not use the cleansing brush on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, and avoid the eye area.
• Colours are picked by us to suit the set.
• Hygiene items (cleansing brush, sleep mask) are returnable only if unopened.
