The routine

1. Before boarding or on arrival: headband on, freshen up with water or a cleansing wipe.
2. Apply eye cream and glide the glow wand for a minute per side, inner corner outward.
3. Headband off, sleep mask on for the flight, the back seat or the hotel night.
4. Land, stretch, repeat step 2 if the night was short.

Good to know

• Do not use the glow wand if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, epilepsy, are photosensitive or on light-sensitizing medication, or have an active skin condition or broken skin around the eyes. Ask your doctor if unsure. Never place it on the eyeball or eyelid.
