The routine

1. Fill both moulds and freeze them overnight. Sleepover optional.
2. Headbands on.
3. Sixty seconds of ice roller each: nose outward, under the eyes, along the jaw.
4. Pat dry, carry on with your routines, take the selfie.

Good to know

• Two different colours of each piece, picked by us, so nobody mixes them up.
• Keep the ice moving and don't press hard under the eyes.
• Hygiene items (ice rollers, headbands) are returnable only if unopened.
